Elizabeth Kinder, Executive Vice President

Elizabeth Kinder is proud to have been elected to serve the Junior League of Indianapolis’ (JLI) Board of Directors for the 2022-2023 term as Executive Vice President. In this role she is responsible for daily operations of the JLI by chairing the Management Council and overseeing JLI paid staff.

She has been a member of the League since 2016, most recently serving on the Board of Directors from 2020-2022 focusing on Holiday Mart, Grants and Strategic Planning.

Other leadership roles have included Vice President of the Community Council, Arts for Learning Chair and Food Pantry Chair.

Elizabeth was chosen to attend the AJLI Leadership Conference in 2022 and Organizational Development Institute in 2018 where she concentrated on learning the AJLI strategic community engagement plan.

She holds a MBA from Saint Xavier University, a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University, a BA from Bradley University, is a certified Project Management Professional and is the Director of Community Relations for a financial services company headquartered in Carmel, IN.

In addition to her volunteer work with the JLI, Elizabeth serves in a national volunteer role for Alpha Chi Omega.
