Amber Finley

Amber Finley is honored to serve on the Junior League of Indianapolis’ (JLI) Board of Directors. Amber has been a JLI member since 2017 and has served on several committees, including Civic Engagement, Patachou Foundation, and the Training Committee. Amber has also served as a member of the JLI’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce since its inception and is excited to Co-Chair the Taskforce this year. Most recently, Amber received the 2021 JLI Member of the Year Award.

In addition to her volunteer work with the JLI, Amber serves as the Board Chairwoman for the Marion County Bar Association, and is an Indianapolis Bar Foundation Board Member where she serves as Co-Chair of the Crisis/Community Empowerment Grant Committee. Amber was also appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb to the Indiana State Psychology Board (ISPB). The ISPB handles all aspects of licensure for Indiana psychologists, including, but not limited to, adopting rules and conducting disciplinary hearings.

Amber currently works as an Associate Consultant at Eli Lilly and Company. She is a licensed attorney in Indiana and New York. Amber previously worked as a Deputy Attorney General in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, and in private practice at law firms in Indianapolis and New York City. She received her undergraduate degree from Tennessee State University, and her J.D. from Indiana University – Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
