Megan Montague, Community Vice President

Megan Montague joined the Junior League of Indianapolis in 2017. Although born and raised in Indianapolis, she graduated from Michigan State University with degrees in Elementary Education and Nonprofit Management. She’s spent nearly a decade working professionally as a fundraiser for local and national nonprofit organizations. Her career and passion for her hometown have informed her involvement in the League where she has served on committees including Kids in the Kitchen, Leadership Academy, and most recently the Grants Committee. She is thrilled to serve the League as the 2020-20221 Community Vice President.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, extensive travel, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. She lives in Meridian Kessler with her husband James, son Harrison, two rescue dogs named Izzo and Wyatt, and their 7 chickens. She is intensely passionate about animal welfare and serves on the board of directors for Love of Labs Indiana rescue. She is also an active member of the Columbia Club and serves on the Club’s Harrison Society Commit.
