Amber D. Clarke, Marketing Vice President

Amber is an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant, and drives organizational transformation, adoption, training development, and training delivery.  In her previous role at the Ivy Tech Community College, School of Information Technology, Amber served as the Director of Indy Women in Tech (IWiT) program.  An Indy native who has built her career on “Passion & Community,” her “students first” approach led to the successful development and implementation of new and innovative programming at multiple institutions of higher education, and various initiatives which supported student engagement, success, and retention.  

Amber holds a Bachelor’s degree from Marian University, and earned her M.S. from the University of Indianapolis.  She also holds a Technical Certification in User Experience Design from Eleven Fifty Academy, and is a Certified Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst.  Additionally, Amber is a Certified Change Management Specialist (CMS), and Certified Everything DISC Workplace Facilitator. A champion for continuing education, she not only encourages knowledge-building and skills development in her students & peers, but also seeks out those opportunities for herself.

Amber has a record of exceptional service and a commitment to maintaining the highest of standards, and is most proud of her community focused activities.  She serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Adult & Child Health, immediate past president of the UNCF Indianapolis, Inter-Alumni Council, past IndyVolved (IndyHub) committee chair, past Girl Scout troop leader, a member and past Executive team member of The Exchange at the Indianapolis Urban League, and as an Executive Committee member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
