Membership Outreach Committee
The goal of the Membership Outreach Committee is to develop a sense of belonging, fellowship, friendship, commitment and connectivity among the members of the Junior League of Indianapolis, in order to further enhance their enjoyment of being in the JLI, and to encourage lifelong membership. The committee will accomplish this goal through the planning and execution of activities focused on celebration, appreciation, recreation and engagement.

Celebration
These activities will focus on celebrating with our members when they have significant milestones in their life. Additionally, it will involve extending our sympathy when they have a life struggle.
* Gifts to new moms
* Congratulatory cards to members who are newly engaged or married
* Sympathy cards for members who have a death in their family

Appreciation
These activities will focus on showing our members that the JLI appreciates the time and effort they put into their placements, into the community, and into the JLI.

Recreation
With these activities, we will strive to remind our members that the JLI is fun! They will also work to foster a sense of fellowship and friendship among our members.

Engagement
The goal of these activities will be to create a sense of connection: among JLI members, between JLI members and the community, or with the next generation of JLI members.
