Junior League of Indianapolis Community Assistance Grants

Community Assistance Grants (CAGs) provide financially sound 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with monetary support to meet community needs within a current JLI focus area (currently preparing students for academic success). Community Assistance Grants Information

The Community Assistance Grants cycle for 2021-2022 is now open through the JLI online Agency Portal. After registering your non-profit organization, you will have the opportunity to complete the first step in the process by submitting a Letter of Intent. These letters are due by midnight on August 20, 2021. Please note that all steps of the Community Assistance Grants will be completed online through the Agency Portal. Funded initiatives must fall within the JLI’s current focus area to prepare students for academic success by:

– providing families with knowledge and resources to guide their children toward academic success; and/or
– those that equip students, families and education providers with age-appropriate educational materials.

CAG applicants must have a postal address and serve a constituency in Marion or one of the following surrounding counties: Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan or Hendricks.

October 1: CAG Applications due
December 15: Member vote for CAG grants
