An engaging moderated conversation about Women leaders and Self Care, becoming a Self Care Ritualist– adapting self care practices in your daily life.

Dr. Falami, Holistic Human Development Strategist is a Womanist, PhotoArtist, and poet with interdisciplinary interests at the intersections of race, class, gender, identity, sexuality, ethnography, and pedagogy. Dr. Falami’s work documents Black women’s experiences of resilience, resistance, agency, and affirmation. She is passionate about sustainable self and collective practices of healing, liberation, and well-being.

Dr. Falami is a Self- Care Ritualist and integrates meditation, sound healing and reiki practices into her private well-being practice, Holistic Alchemy. She is the author of the Self-Care Ritualist Journal. She received her PhD from the Graduate School of Leadership and Change from Antioch University. She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
