Joslyn McGriff-Bensley serves as the Junior League of Indianapolis 2025–2026 President-Elect. She transferred into JLI in 2018 from Fort Collins, CO, and has held several leadership roles, including Provisional Co-Chair, Nominating Committee, President’s Academy participant, and as the Centennial Co-Chair. Professionally, Joslyn has more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit and association management sectors, with expertise in organizational development, training, fundraising, and women’s leadership.  Outside of work, Joslyn enjoys staying active on her Peloton, cheering on the Wyoming Cowboys and Indianapolis Colts, and spending time with her husband and their rescue dog, Dawson.
