Erica joined the Junior League of Indianapolis in 2018. She has previously served as a CIP committee member, investment committee member, recruitment co-chair, similar interests group chair, Holiday Mart treasurer, provisional mentor and JLI Leadership Academy graduate. She was the proud recipient of the Obstacle Course Award in 2021.

Erica is a Kentucky native and a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics. Erica has spent 10 years in sales, currently acting as Area Sales Manager for Siemens – Smart Infrastructure. Outside of the Junior League, she is heavily involved with Indy Humane and serves in various ministries at Traders Point Christian Church.

Erica’s passion is developing others – especially getting a front row seat to watching ladies lead with freedom. She wants to be remembered as an encourager of all those around her.
