Kimberly Bugg, Director at Large

Kimberly Bugg joined the Junior League in 2015, where she served on and chaired several committees, and recently served as the Community Council VP on the Management Council. In her second year as a Director-at-Large on the JLI Board, Kim will focus on strategic planning, membership and recruitment. Active in her community, she is passionate about having an integral hand in building better communities and connections; and notes it is important that the populations she serves see their representation in her. Kim is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she has a passion for cultivating future leaders and also mentors in the project management field.

Outside the League Kim is a Program Manager and Process Excellence Practitioner with Centric Consulting, where she helps organizations execute their highest expectations. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a Project Management specialization from Jones International University and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Miami University (Ohio). Professionally, she holds certifications as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Kim was recognized as a Becoming ATHENA Emerging Leader (2021) and Indy Pivotal Leader (2019).

A native Ohioan, Kim is a wellness/self-care advocate and fitness journey fan. She lives in Carmel with her loveable and spritely doggie Junebugg and enjoys cooking/baking, mentoring and international travel.
