Kimberly Bugg joined the Junior League in 2015, where she served on several committees including Kids in the Kitchen, Membership Recruitment, Sponsorship and most recently, served in both the Patachou Committee Relationship and Operations Co-Chair roles. Kim is passionate about having an integral hand in building better communities and connections; and notes it is important that the populations we serve see their representation in her.
Kim works as a Project Manager and Process Improvement Specialist for Centric Consulting. Kim is a certified Project Management Professional and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She earned her Master of Business Administration with a Project Management specialization from Jones International University and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Miami University. Kim is a 2021 Becoming ATHENA Emerging Leader and was recognized as a 2019 Indy Pivotal Leader.
A native Ohioan, Kim is a wellness/self-care advocate and fitness journey fan. She lives in west Indianapolis who enjoys cooking/baking, mentoring and international travel. She is a pawparent to her loveable and spritely doggie Junebugg.
