Racheal Bleicher, Marketing VP
Racheal Bleicher is the 2025-2026 Vice President of Marketing and has held previous roles in the Training Committee and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She has been a member since 2023 and joined the Junior League for the opportunity to serve the community and meet other leaders in Central Indiana.
Outside of JLI, Racheal is a Field Sales Manager for CDW, a Fortune 200 Global Technology company. She supports a team of seven sales professionals and over 150 commercial clients in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. In her current and previous roles, Racheal is known for her servant leadership style—putting people first, empowering others, and fostering a culture of authenticity, inclusion, and accountability.
In her free time, Racheal enjoys spending time with her husband and their two toddler daughters; going to the Zoo, enjoying Hamilton County, and playing with their dog, Brighton. She enjoys volunteering, podcasts, iced coffee, and quoting The Office. Racheal is also actively involved in Central Indiana politics and is a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority.
