Sarah Balana Molter has been an active member of JLI since 2020. She has served on the Patachou Foundation committee, as the Training and Development Co-Chair, and for the past two years, she has been a member of the grants committee.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI), a Masters of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana State University, and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in the Organizational Leadership program at Marian University-Indianapolis.

Professionally, Sarah is the Director of Student Activities and an adjunct instructor at Marian University-Indianapolis. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Nash, exploring the culinary scene in the Indianapolis area and is an avid reader.
