Shannon Zengler has been an active member of the Junior League of Indianapolis since 2021. Named Leader of the Year for 2023-2024, Shannon’s many accomplishments include organizing the annual Leadership Summit, chairing the Professional Development Committee, and spearheading the development of our new summer internship program.

A graduate of Stephens College, Shannon possesses over 15 years of Human Resources and Leadership Development experience. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Valeo Financial Advisors, LLC and is in possession of the SHRM-CP and SPHR designations. In addition to her involvement with JLI, Shannon is an active member of the HR Indiana conference planning committee, and the central Indiana chapter of SHRM. Shannon currently resides in Westfield with her canine best friend, Apollo. In her spare time she enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling whenever she can.
