Stephanie Flittner grew up in Michigan and holds an Industrial and Operations Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and law degree from Indiana University, McKinney. Stephanie joined the Junior League in 2013 in Evansville, Indiana and transferred to the Indianapolis Junior League in 2016. She originally joined the League to connect with other women, since she works in a male dominated field. Stephanie works at Shiel Sexton Company, Inc. as its Risk Manager and Assistant General Counsel. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys working out, cooking and spending time with her son, Michael (age 5), daughter, Margot (age 2) and husband, Andrew.
